- Assist guests with locker rental
- Operate and troubleshoot lockers
- Clean lockers and locker areas
- Cash handling
Key Responsibilities
- Perform minor/ routine maintenance and cleaning of lockers
- Deliver Outstanding Customer Service: Ensure that every guest interaction meets our high standards of service and satisfaction while assisting with locker rentals
- Maintain excellent communication and cooperation with other employees and Universal Studios staff
- Practice safe work processes; assuring safety of visitors and employees
- Perform duties in an honest, reliable, and a professional manner
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of successful work experience
- Computer & mechanical aptitude
- Reliable; excellent attendance required.
- Problem-Solving Ability: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are a natural at finding solutions.
- Strong Communication: Clear and effective communication is your strength, and bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a bonus.
- Experience in theme parks, hospitality, or equipment repair is a big plus.
