Locker Attendant Supervisor - American Dream Mall - Part-Time

About the role

The Locker Attendant Supervisor position at American Dream Mall, East Rutherford, NJ is a part-time role offering $17 - $18 per hour. Hours are estimated to be 15 - 20 hours a week, with potential for more during high peak seasons or to cover PTO.

Responsibilities

• Aid in planning work schedules for staff
• Maintain a safe working environment by monitoring safety procedures and equipment
• Perform the same work duties as Customer Service Associates supervised, including attending to lockers, collecting and transporting carts, ensuring all equipment is available for customer use, providing customer service, cleaning and maintaining lockers, carts, and rental equipment, collaborating with team members to solve work-related issues, providing guidance to employees on regulations, policies, and procedures, maintaining excellent communication and cooperation with employees and facility management, assisting with collections, counting/recording money, documenting meter readings as needed, assessing and providing training to staff as needed
