Spa Attendant - Male Locker Room (Part Time)

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and communicate spa offerings and protocols.
• Communicate spa protocols and procedures to guests.
• Provide introductions to spa facilities.
• Oversee guest treatment schedule and ensure punctuality.
• Maintain cleanliness of spa locker room, wet facilities, lounges, restrooms, and relaxation lounge.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of spa facility (perform necessary housekeeping duties).
• Handle clean and soiled linen and terry.
• Multi-task and focus on details.
• Participate in scheduled meetings and trainings.
• Conduct inventory of products and supplies.
• Be responsible for cleanliness of immediate work area and general property.
• Report all unsafe conditions.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of cleaning and organizing.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to implement and uphold service standards.
• Ability to prioritize and organize work assignments.
• Ability to interact with all associates and resort guests.
• Able to handle stressful, high-pressure situations.
• Able to stand or walk for long periods of time.
• Able to lift, carry, pull, or push up to 20 pounds of force occasionally.
• High school education or equivalent.
• Experience in the hospitality industry preferred.
