About the role

Our Spa Specialists play an important role in supporting various Spa functions at our hotels. They are responsible for building memorable and unique experiences for guests through the provision of Spa services and management of reservations.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures.
• Uphold quality standards and ensure professionalism in uniform, personal appearance, and communications.
• Manage reservation software and read/verify information.
• Take a hands-on approach to work, performing tasks such as standing, sitting, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects.
• Engage in activities that contribute to the overall guest experience and business performance.

Requirements

• No related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
