Location Manager - Big Sandy Lake
Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead a team of employees in providing excellent customer service.
- Adhere to and enforce safety regulations, rules, and boating/water regulations.
- Keep boats clean and maintained according to company standards.
- Absorb and assist members and renters throughout the boating experience, including helping in/out of the boat and loading/unloading the vessel.
- Rental and Member check-in/out processing, including gassing and checking for damages.
- Work with the corporate office to drive and grow rentals and memberships at your location.
- Schedule the dock staff for your location.
Required Skills and Abilities
- 3-5 years of boating and/or marina management.
- 3-5 years of staff management, including hiring and training.
- Knowledge of the area/body of water is a plus, though not required.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage downtime duties.
About the Role
This is a full-time, seasonal position, which typically runs through late October.
Compensation
This position starts at $22.00 an hour and is negotiable based on experience and availability.
