About the role
The Location General Manager (LGM) oversees store operations, focusing on associate development, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manages store operations including associate development, profitability, and customer satisfaction
- Uses reports and analyzes information to identify business opportunities and improve processes
- Hires, trains, and promotes associates to support store growth
- Ensures positive associate engagement through regular feedback and performance management
- Manages daily operations, interprets policies, and resolves customer and associate issues
- Facilitates meetings and communicates store strategies to senior management
- Champions company initiatives and drives continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience, preferably in retail
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Intermediate PC skills
- Ability to make independent judgments and identify business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
The Annual Salary Range for this position is $120,900.00 - $233,300.00, with potential for bonus and equity.
Schedule
Rotating schedule with shifts including nights, weekends, holidays, and 12-hour days.
