About the Role

We are seeking a Location Manager to oversee daily operations at a customer’s place of business. The role drives operational excellence, manages on‑site inventory, and ensures superior customer service. Training begins in Houston before transitioning to full‑time leadership in Pearland.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall daily on‑site operations at the customer’s location.
• Support customer product ordering and selection needs.
• Ensure compliance with SSD processes and procedures for on‑site inventory.
• Deliver operational excellence through KPI achievement.
• Maintain an organized, well‑labeled, and accurate inventory.
• Partner with internal teams to share and escalate relevant customer information.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly resolving customer and internal issues.
• Lead by example and demonstrate the company’s Core Values in all activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field (preferred).
• Industrial supply or HVAC experience (preferred).
• Proven leadership ability with experience managing operations or teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and strengthen long‑term customer relationships.
• Willingness and ability to work in a warehouse environment on a consistent basis.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to successfully pass a background check and drug screen.
