About the role

Eulerity is an AI-native marketing automation platform serving enterprise brands like Mastercard, UPS Store, Uber Eats, and European Wax Center. We are seeking Local Marketing Strategists to manage client relationships and oversee digital advertising across franchises.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of multi-location and franchise brand owners.
  • Run onboarding sessions to activate new users on the Eulerity platform and establish long-term partnerships.
  • Advises clients on cross-channel marketing strategies, including Google Search, Meta, YouTube, Display, and emerging channels, aligned with their business objectives and KPIs.
  • Leads campaign and business reviews, interpreting data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborates with Technical Account Managers to monitor media delivery, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns.
  • Builds relationships with multi-unit owners and regional managers to drive growth across territories.
  • Acts as the internal voice of clients, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to resolve issues and enhance the customer experience.
  • Educates clients on digital marketing best practices and stays ahead of industry trends.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of customer service experience in digital marketing-based account management.
  • Hands-on familiarity with paid digital channels such as Google Ads, Meta, Display, YouTube, or similar.
  • Experience working with multi-location or franchise brands.
  • Ability to turn performance data into a clear narrative and concrete recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, able to educate and train clients at varying levels of digital sophistication.
  • Highly organized, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Out-of-the-box thinking and problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable identifying patterns and making proactive recommendations.
  • Understanding of how multi-unit organizations make decisions.
  • Experience with digital marketing best practices.

Skills

  • Customer service experience in digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with paid digital channels.
  • Experience with multi-location or franchise brands.
  • Ability to interpret and communicate performance data.
  • Strong communication and training skills.
  • Organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Pay

The expected total compensation range for this role is $65,000 – $80,000, commensurate with experience.
