Responsibilities

• Develop and execute event plans that align with client goals and budgets
• Manage all aspects of event logistics including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and preferences for events
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
• Handle post-event analysis and provide feedback to improve future event planning

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in event production or promotion
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in event planning software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications
