About the role

The Local Event Producer & Promoter position is available on a freelance basis, with commissions only. The role requires a strong understanding of event production and promotion, with experience in multiple locations including El Paso TX, Ogden UT, Tucson AZ, Tulsa OK, Corpus Christi, TX, Albuquerque NM, and Little Rock AR.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute event plans tailored to each location's unique needs and audience.
• Collaborate with artists, venues, and sponsors to secure high-quality performances and promotions.
• Manage logistics such as venue setup, equipment rentals, and performer coordination.
• Create engaging promotional materials and manage social media campaigns to build anticipation and attendance.
