Local Event Producer & Promoter (freelance, commission only)

About the role

A local event producer and promoter is needed to manage events in various cities including El Paso TX, Ogden UT, Tucson AZ, Tulsa OK, Corpus Christi, TX, Albuquerque NM, and Little Rock AR. This position is freelance and operates on a commission basis.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events in multiple locations
• Manage logistics including venue coordination, audiovisual setup, and catering
• Collaborate with artists and performers to ensure smooth event execution
• Handle marketing and promotion strategies for each event
• Ensure compliance with all legal and safety regulations

Requirements

• Proven experience in event production
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of local venues and resources

Qualifications
