2 years of experience in the unit required. BLS required.
Responsibilities
- Provide step-down care to patients requiring transitional care
- Assist with daily patient care activities
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Requirements
- Current RN license in good standing
- BLS certification
Qualifications
- Experience in step-down care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including days, nights, and weekends

Pay
