About the role
A local hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, is seeking a talented local contract nurse RN Stepdown for a 13-week, 36-hour-per-week position working 12-hour shifts, nights.
Responsibilities
- Staffing in a busy, Tele/Stepdown, IMCU unit at a large, multi-campus hospital in Massachusetts
- Providing care in a step-down unit environment
- Working in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Massachusetts
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in step-down or telemetry units preferred
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
Skills
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR)
