Responsibilities
- Provide stepdown care to patients requiring transition from intensive care units to less intensive care settings.
- Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in the unit required.
- BLS required.
