About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract Respiratory Therapist for a 13-week duration at 36 hours per week, working 12-hour shifts at night.
Responsibilities
- Provide respiratory care services under the supervision of a physician.
- Administer treatments such as nebulizer treatments, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory interventions.
- Assess patients' respiratory status and document findings.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Train patients and their families on proper respiratory care techniques.
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Respiratory Therapist in Tennessee.
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in respiratory therapy.
- Knowledge of advanced life support (ACLS) and basic life support (BLS).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Pay
