About the role
LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Rehabilitation Therapist for a 52-week, 40-hour per week position at a skilled nursing facility in Belle Fourche, South Dakota. The shift is 8 hours per day.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Assess patient needs and progress regularly
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements
- Licensed Physical Therapist in South Dakota (or eligible to become licensed)
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Experience in skilled nursing/rehabilitation preferred, but new grads are welcome
Qualifications
- Current CPR certification
- Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
