Local Contract Physical Therapist – Skilled Nursing & Post-Acute Rehab - $62 per hour

About the role

Stability Healthcare is seeking a local contract Physical Therapist for a 13-week, 40-hour per week, 8-hour day shift position in Lakeport, California.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients to develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve mobility and manage pain
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document progress and communicate with referring physicians and other healthcare providers

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist

Qualifications

• Current license to practice Physical Therapy in California
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Effective team player with excellent interpersonal skills
