PRIDE Health is hiring a Physical Therapist to support a healthcare facility in Ponca City, OK on a local contract basis.
About the role
This is a 13-week contract position with the possibility of extension. The role requires 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 0800 to 1630.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive admission assessments and OASIS evaluations for home health patients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, physician orders, and clinical findings.
- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions focused on improving strength, balance, mobility, endurance, pain management, and functional independence.
- Treat post-operative orthopedic patients and other individuals recovering from injury, surgery, or illness.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license.
- 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
Pay
$52/hr - $56/hr, based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
