Local contract opportunity for a Physical Therapist in Creve Coeur, Missouri.
About the role
PRIDE Health is hiring a Physical Therapist to support a healthcare facility in Creve Coeur, MO. This is a 13-week local contract position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Responsibilities
- Perform Start of Care (SOC), Evaluations, Resumption of Care (ROC), and Recertifications
- Provide ongoing therapy visits and reassess patient progress
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and safety practices
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with home health regulations and agency policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Active PT License
- BLS Certification
- 1 year of experience in Physical Therapy
- Experience in Home Health
Pay
$50–$56 per hour, based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.
