About the role
Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a local contract nursing job in Kansas City, Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
- Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative patient care
- Ensure sterile technique and maintain aseptic conditions
- Communicate effectively with other members of the surgical team
- Adhere to hospital policies and protocols
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse license in Missouri
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
- Experience in operating room setting
- Knowledge of anesthesia principles and techniques
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights
