Local Contract Operating Room RN - $38-45 per hour

About the role

Hospital is seeking a traveling OR (Operating Room) RN for a 13-week assignment in Farmington, Maine. The position requires proficiency in both OR and Med-Surg.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preoperative and postoperative patient care
• Participate in surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
• Manage patient flow and ensure smooth operation of the OR
• Document all patient care activities accurately and timely

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• Experience in OR and/or Med-Surg preferred
• Knowledge of infection control practices
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Current BLS certification
