About the role

Medical Solutions is seeking a local contract nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a 13-week assignment in Joplin, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical procedures under the supervision of anesthesiologists and surgeons
• Assist with preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care
• Maintain sterile technique and infection control protocols
• Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare team members

Requirements

• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN)

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a registered nurse in Missouri
• Knowledge of operating room procedures and equipment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
