About the role
RCM HealthCare is looking for Occupational Therapists with school-based experience to provide virtual therapy services to school students in Colorado. This position is 100% remote/work from home, utilizing a HIPPA/FERPA-compliant platform with games, materials, and assessments provided for free. This is a part-time, caseload-building position with flexibility to set your own schedule and take on as many students as you like. Preference will be given to OTs available during the school day.
Responsibilities
- Flexibility to write your own schedule and manage your own caseload
- Provide virtual services as per IEP
- Conduct assessments as needed
Requirements
- Colorado Department of Education Certificate
- Previous virtual therapy/assessment experience (preferred)
Pay
- $55–$60/hour for direct services only
- $200 flat rate per evaluation
- No-show and cancellations paid at 50% of session time
