Local Contract Occupational Therapist - $50-55 per hour

About the role

Pride Health is hiring a local contract Occupational Therapist for a 16-week position in Fort Worth, Texas. The position is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services through in-home patient visits.
• Evaluate and treat patients in their home environment.
• Develop and implement appropriate occupational therapy treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and document patient care accurately.
• Provide care using HCHB and maintain a productivity expectation of 30 points.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Licenses: Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license.
• Certifications: OT license.
• Experience: Home Health experience required.
