Host Healthcare is seeking a local contract nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a local contract nursing job in Grass Valley, California.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
- Assist physicians during childbirth and postpartum care.
- Monitor patient vitals and administer medications as necessary.
- Document patient care in accordance with hospital policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN).
- Current California RN license.
- Experience in labor and delivery preferred.
- Knowledge of obstetric procedures and protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights.
- Pass a background check and drug screening.
- Pass a pre-employment physical.

Pay
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
12 hours, nights shift starting August 4, 2026, for a duration of 13 weeks.
