Local Contract Director of Nursing, Long-Term Care - $60-70 per hour

About the role

The role of Director of Nursing is for a local contract position in Cut Bank, Montana. The position is expected to last for 13 weeks with 40 hours per week, working an 8-hour shift during the day.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nursing staff and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and policies.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans to meet patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure the quality and safety of patient care services.
• Manage the nursing department budget and resources.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations of nursing staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN).
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Montana.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive nursing management experience.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and mentor staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
