Local Contract Director of Nursing, Long-Term Care - $66-78 per hour
About the role
The role of Director of Nursing is available for a local contract position in Lakota, North Dakota. This position will be working 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, and is scheduled during the day.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the nursing staff and ensure compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care quality.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance patient care coordination.
- Ensure the availability of necessary resources and supplies for patient care.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to nursing staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (RN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in North Dakota.
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing management experience.
- Experience in long-term care settings preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Qualifications
