About the role

The Medical Solutions LTC is seeking a local contract nurse RN Director of Nursing for a 12-week position in Kearney, Nebraska. The role requires 40 hours per week, working 8-hour shifts during the day.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nursing staff and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans for patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure quality assurance and safety standards are met.
• Manage the nursing department budget and resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Current RN license in the state of Nebraska.
• Minimum of 5 years of nursing management experience.
• Experience in long-term care settings preferred.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
