Local Contract Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) - $75-80 per hour

Responsibilities

• Therapist – BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
• Oversee behavior support plans for individuals with IDD and mental health diagnoses
• Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) across multiple settings
• Coach and support staff during changing clinical needs

Requirements

• CACI cleared
• Masters degree with a Licensed BCBA professional in the working state
• Two (2) years’ experience providing behavior support for individuals with IDD and mental health diagnoses
• Competency in writing behavior support plans
• Effective verbal communication skills
• Experience supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Education and Experience

• Master’s degree (required)
• An active BCBA license in the working state (required)
• Two (2) plus years of relevant experience (required) providing behavior support for IDD and mental health diagnoses

Nice to have skills

• Experience working in a multidisciplinary setting
• Familiarity with conducting FBAs across multiple settings
• Strong ability to coach and support staff during changing clinical needs
