Lobby Experience Host ($21.00/hour)

About the role

Join our team of elite hospitality professionals at the state-of-the-art KPMG Lakehouse in Lake Nona. The Lobby Experience Host will provide a genuine welcome experience to participants as they arrive at the facility, handling check-in and checkout processes, including printing and delivering badges, and managing participants' luggage efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Manage check-in and checkout processes, including badge printing and delivery
• Handle participants' luggage quickly and efficiently
• Deliver and place badges and amenities in guest rooms as needed
• Operate valet parking and company vehicle
• Oversee The Store operations, sales, and month-end inventory
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the facility to answer participant inquiries
• Collaborate with the Housekeeping team to ensure a seamless guestroom experience
• Oversee PBX operations, including handling incoming calls and providing guidance to participants

Qualifications

• Previous luxury full-service front office or guest service experience in a similar setting is preferred
• Refined oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, participants, and business partners
• Ability to adapt to various situations as they arise and display empathy in all interactions
• Energetic with a passion for delivering unparalleled service and connecting with others
• Valid state-issued driver's license and willingness to undergo a background check, including Motor Vehicle Report
