Opportunity
The opportunity is for a Lobby Bar Server Assistant (On-Call) position at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of Food & Beverage experience and be available to work Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays evenings.
Who We Look For
We are seeking an individual who can provide dining support at the vibrant and active Lobby Bar, which offers a range of drinks, appetizers, and desserts. The candidate should have strong food knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task.
Minimum Qualifications
- Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evening availability is preferred
- Strong food knowledge
- Possess strong communication skills
- Able to multi-task
- Sincere willingness to provide service
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently
- Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities, and adjust to changing conditions
- A high work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team
- A flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays
- Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States
