Server Assistant - On-Call
- Maintain ownership of duties through hard work and discipline
- Anticipate the needs of guests and co-workers instantly
- Clear and tables, assist the floor, and enhance guest's dining experiences
- Deliver food and provide eloquent food descriptions in a synchronized manner
- Assist bartenders and cocktail servers, requiring a broad understanding of cocktails
Preferred Qualifications And Skills:
- Positive attitude with a generous and uplifting team approach
- Strong work ethic including a drive to grow, improve, and learn every day
- Proactively anticipate and prioritize the needs of the guest
- Energetic approach to his/her craft
- Calm composure under pressure
- Excellent people skills
- Restaurant experience preferred
