The Lobby Ambassador/Bellperson role is a full-time, hourly position located in Palo Alto, California.
About the Role
As the Lobby Ambassador/Bellperson, you will be the point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service to exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and guide them to their destination while ensuring they have a positive experience.
- Act as a source of information and respond to all questions and/or requests from guests.
- Assist with baggage handling and check-ins.
- Monitor the activity of public areas within the hotel, such as the lobby, guest lounges, and other common areas.
- Ensure the safety of guests and staff at all times.
- Respond to any emergency situations and/or special requests as needed.
- Perform other duties based on hotel needs from time to time.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a hospitality role preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Positive and upbeat attitude.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to perform and maintain high levels of physical activity for the duration of the shift.
Pay
$22 per hour with regular bi-weekly payrolls.
