Loan Servicing Support Specialist

Responsibilities
- Perform key loan servicing tasks such as: Loan maintenance and updates Payment processing Data entry Loan document preparation Escrow and tax support Basic reconciliations and support tasks Process loan-related transactions following established workflows, policies, and procedures Provide timely, professional support to internal partners and external customers Accurately complete work within assigned deadlines and communicate status updates as needed Track and support basic reporting metrics to help monitor team workflow Collaborate with team members and assist where needed in a high-volume environment Participate in training and cross-training opportunities to expand knowledge across Loan Support functions Actively learn and apply loan servicing concepts, systems, and compliance requirements Follow all Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including Bank Secrecy Act and other applicable regulations Contribute to a positive team culture by demonstrating professionalism, accountability, and a willingness to learn Support continuous improvement efforts and share ideas to enhance processes.
- Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities – knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
- Fulfills all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
- May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.

Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred 0–1 year of relevant experience in banking, finance, customer service, or administrative support preferred (we will train!) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Basic math and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with team members and partners Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel Positive attitude and willingness to grow professional
Qualifications
The pay range for this role is $18.00 - $30.00 an hour. The pay rate for the selected candidate is dependent upon a variety of non-discriminatory factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, education, and geographic location. The role may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, and those details will be provided during the recruitment process.
