Loan Servicing Portfolio Specialist I

What You Will Do

  • Book, renew, and disburse loans;
  • Process term changes;
  • Update servicing records in the core system;
  • Validate loan data for accuracy, completeness, and required documentation;
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and obtain needed clarifications/corrections;
  • Execute daily servicing activities, including construction draws, advances, and participation payments;
  • Track Loan Input tickets and ensure timely completion in accordance with SLAs;
  • Complete other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Manager.

Other Qualifications/Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree and minimum 2 years Retail Banking, loan servicing preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
