Loan Servicing Manager

Responsibilities

• Execute Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) and provide Electrical Engineering services for projects lead by others.
• Improve safety.
• Reduce cost by improving productivity and reducing waste.
• Improve product quality.
• Improve equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot reoccurring equipment problems and implement long term improvements.
• Support production in a factory environment using electrical engineering skills.
• Use creativity to generate improvement ideas and solutions to problems.
• Study processes on production floor to increase effectiveness of continuous improvement work.
• Work with in-house experienced electrical engineers to grow technical knowledge for more complex future work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in an Electrical Engineering Discipline (BS Electrical Engineering, BS Computer Engineering, or BS Electrical Engineering Technology required).
• 0 to 5 years in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong teamwork, people skills, and communications skills.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with and understanding of industrial machine controls including PLC, HMI screens, electrical drives & motors, photo eyes, prox switches, solenoid valves.
• AutoCAD skills preferred.
