Loan Servicing Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a Loan Servicing Manager to lead and support our loan servicing operations. This role requires a proven track record in loan servicing, with a focus on operational excellence, compliance, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Operate with precision in overseeing the entire loan servicing lifecycle.
- Achie accurate payment processing and escrow management.
- Continuously improve workflows for efficiency and scalability.
- Resolve complex servicing issues proactively.
- Partner cross-functionally to enhance the borrower experience.
- Maintain adherence to regulatory servicing requirements.
- Lead audits, reporting, and documentation accuracy.
- Mitigate risk through strong controls and oversight.
- Stay ahead of evolving compliance standards.
- Ensure data integrity across servicing systems.
- Improve and coach a high-performing servicing team.
- Foster accountability, growth, and collaboration.
- Drive decisions and improvements using data.
- Identify trends and optimize processes.
- Align servicing strategies with mission-driven goals.
- Promote a commitment to environmental, social, economic, and racial justice.
- Understand and comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Participate in mandatory compliance and IT training.
- Question suspicious activity and collaborate with relevant departments to prevent fraudulent activity.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of loan servicing experience.
- Prior leadership experience required.

Work Environment
This is a remote role within the United States, operating on Eastern Standard Hours. Occasional U.S. travel for company events or leadership sessions may be required. The role involves sustained standing and sitting, frequent communication, use of a PC, including typing, and occasional lifting up to 20 lbs.
