Loan Processing Customer Suport

Temporary 6+ month assignment with potential to become permanent, located in central San Diego.

About the role

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support an established Credit Union’s lending department with clerical and customer service duties.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lending Department with clerical duties and customer service.
• Answer incoming calls regarding processed loans.
• Make outbound calls to ensure documents and appropriate steps are being met timely.
• Perform data entry for applications.
• Scan required documents for files and upload them accordingly.
• Process incoming and outgoing mailings.
• Offer backup to the customer service team by responding to emails and answering phones.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Banking or Finance industry experience.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Previous CRM experience preferred.
• Immediate availability.

Pay

$23/hr.
