Loan Operations Specialist

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare and document SPA loan packages, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
• Aid in daily morning balancing procedures to maintain accurate loan system records.
• Support the payoff of SBA Pools, especially during the last two weeks of each month.
• Collect and compile data in response to internal and external audit requests.
• Provide operational support for special projects and departmental initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Understanding and compliance with all relevant regulations, including the Community Reinvestment Act, Bank Secrecy Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
