Responsibilities
- Set up all types of new loans, modifications, renewals, Letters of Credit, commitment extensions, and Change in Terms into the bank's core system (IBS).
- Timely and accurately perform variety of loan servicing activities including, but not limited to, account maintenance, change of address, auto debit, payment adjustments, processing loan payments, mail out loan statements, and process General Ledger entries using PeopleSoft.
- Review reports and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 5 years of a combination of loan servicing, loan documentation or related job experience in the banking and financial industry
- Thorough knowledge of various types of loan documentation
- Familiar with General Ledger balancing and common banking transactions
- Knowledge of FIS/IBS bank core system or other similar banking system
Qualifications
- Completion of specialized banking or finance courses preferred
Pay
The minimum and maximum projected hourly pay for this position is: $31.21 to $48.01.
Schedule
This position is eligible for our hybrid remote work and will work in the Silver Spring, MD office four days per week.
