Loan Operations Specialist

Position Overview

The Loan Operations Specialist at Oak Bank is responsible for processing and monitoring the bank's loan portfolio, which includes commercial, residential mortgages, consumer loans, and HELOC products. This role involves applying knowledge of software, systems, regulations, and policy to efficiently process loans and ensure audit success. The position collaborates closely with lenders, credit teams, and third-party vendors to support clients.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business administration or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of FISERV Premier, E-Oscar, and other software systems (preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel) and Adobe Acrobat Standard
• Demonstrated analytical, accuracy, and problem-solving skills with banking knowledge and experience
• Attention to details to ensure accuracy, detect errors, and provide quality follow-through
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize work independently
• Strong multitasking and adaptability to evolving technologies and workflows
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative attitude to support the team and achieve organizational goals
