Loan Officer - Hard Money Lending

LBC Mortgage is expanding its lending division and is actively seeking an experienced Hard Money Loan Officer to join our high-performing team. We are looking for a driven, knowledgeable sales professional with direct experience in Hard Money / Private Lending. This is a results-focused role designed for someone who understands investor financing and knows how to close deals efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with real estate investors seeking hard money financing
• Structure and present loan solutions based on LTV, ARV, and deal strength
• Manage the full loan lifecycle from lead intake to funding
• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and referral partners
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly production goals

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Hard Money lending (required)
• Strong understanding of real estate investment transactions
• Ability to analyze deals and assess risk quickly
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
• Self-motivated and performance-driven
