What You’ll Do

  • Grow your portfolio by building new client relationships and expanding existing ones
  • Meet with business clients, understand their needs, and structure smart lending solutions
  • Analyze financials, cash flow, and credit risk to make sound lending decisions
  • Prepare and present loan packages for approval
  • Monitor loan performance and proactively manage risk and portfolio quality
  • Work with clients to resolve issues, including delinquencies or loan restructuring
  • Partner across the organization by referring clients to other banking services
  • Represent the bank at community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
  • Contribute to projects, committees, and initiatives that support the Lending Division

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • More than just numbers, you’re a communicator, a strategist, and a trusted advisor
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years in a financial institution, including direct lending experience
  • Background in sales or account management (small business lending is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of financial analysis, credit structures, and accounting principles
  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into clear, actionable insights
  • Congfident communicator who builds trust with clients and colleagues alike
  • Self-starter who can prioritize, problem-solve, and take initiative
  • Solid knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Detail-oriented with sharp analytical and decision-making skills

Tools of the Trade

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Comfort using standard office equipment and systems
