Commercial Sales Rep
About the role
Barrington James is partnering with a leading, privately owned Clinical Site with clinics across the US. They focus on developing and innovating medicines to address unmet patient needs, serving over 300 beds and a diverse demographic through a team of expertly trained Principal Investigators (PIs) and Research Coordinators (CRCs).
Responsibilities
- Act as a link between Barrington James and healthcare providers and clients.
- Support the growing portfolio of the Clinical Site.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and minimum 1 year experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, B2B, capital equipment, medical device, or related industry.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully and independently managing/growing territory.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and successfully and independently growing and managing a territory.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex sales and technical data and develop strategic and actionable business plans.
- Experience conducting successful consultative, solutions-oriented sales calls.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare and a strong background in sales, particularly in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors. They should be able to build relationships and effectively communicate complex medical information to healthcare professionals.
