About the Role
A seasoned Mortgage Loan Processor with 3–5+ years of residential mortgage processing experience is needed to support consistent business growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze income documentation for loan applications.
- Process FHA, VA, and Conventional loans with recent experience (2–5+ years).
- Utilize Encompass LOS (knowledge a plus).
- Ensure compliance with TRID regulations.
- Proactively communicate loan decisions and underwriting guidelines to customers and business partners.
- Accurately and quickly request and obtain required documents to submit loans and secure final approval for closing.
- Conduct weekly pipeline reports with loan originators.
- Maintain superior internal and external customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, production-oriented environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5+ years of residential mortgage processing experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proven track record as a Mortgage Loan Processor.
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Dependable transportation and references.
