Requirements

• A minimum of 0-2 years of experience in a similar mortgage production role
• A coachable attitude with a willingness to step outside of your comfort zone
• Motivation to continuously improve and achieve aggressive goals
• A positive attitude and openness to learning new strategies and techniques
• A general understanding of mortgage loan guidelines and processes
• The ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
