Loan Officer
- list.
- Requirements: Candidate Requirements section: bullet list of abilities, education, licenses, etc. The posting includes "Ability to adapt to growing business needs and structural changes High school diploma or GED (for teller and entry-level positions); bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field for professional roles Relevant licenses where required by law or regulation Familiarity with applicable banking regulations Attention to detail Proficiency with standard office software and ability to learn core banking platforms Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to pass a criminal background check and any required pre-employment screening (drug testing, fingerprinting for FDIC-insured institutions)". This is a run-on sentence; we can split into list items.
- Preferred Qualifications: appears identical to Candidate Requirements (duplicate). We should not duplicate; maybe treat as Qualifications section? The instruction: Use headings: Qualifications. So we can put Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications heading. But we must not repeat same content; we can combine or note that they are same as requirements? However we must preserve ALL substantive information; we cannot invent or summarize away detail. If the Preferred Qualifications is identical to Candidate Requirements, we still need to include it? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could combine Candidate Requirements and Preferred Qualifications into a single Qualifications section, but we must not lose info. Since they are identical, we can include them once; but we might be losing the fact that they are labeled as Preferred. However the content is same; we could note "Preferred qualifications: ..." as a list. But we need to avoid duplication. Perhaps we can have a Qualifications section that includes both required and preferred, but we need to differentiate? The instruction says use headings: Qualifications. It didn't say separate Required vs Preferred. So we can put all qualifications under Qualifications heading. That would preserve the info (since it's same). It's okay.
- Skills: maybe we can extract from responsibilities? But there is no explicit Skills section. Could we infer skills from responsibilities? The instruction: only include section if posting has real, specific content for it. There's no explicit Skills heading. So we should not create Skills section.
- Benefits: The posting mentions "Compensation SSB&T is committed to competitive compensation. Pay is determined based on relevant experience, the role’s market value, internal alignment, and geographic location." That's about pay, not benefits. No explicit benefits like health insurance etc. So we should not create Benefits section unless there is real specific content. There's none.
- Pay: The posting includes compensation paragraph. That is specific content about pay determination. So we should include a Pay section with that paragraph.
- Schedule: The posting includes "Employment Full-time; flexible hours may be required to meet customer and business needs." That's schedule info. So we should include Schedule section with that sentence.
- Also there is location and travel info: "Location Designated SSB&T location Travel Travel within SSB&T markets and to customer or community locations as business needs require." This could be considered under maybe a section? Not in allowed headings. Could we put under About the role? Probably not. The instruction: only use those headings. We could incorporate location/travel into About the role paragraph? But we must preserve all substantive information. We could add a short paragraph after About the role about location and travel, but we need a heading. Not allowed. Could we drop it? That would lose info. Maybe we can include location/travel in a
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose." It doesn't say we cannot have
outside headings. But they said "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So we can have
elements not under headings? Probably they expect sections with headings. Safer to include location/travel as part of About the role paragraph (makes sense). We'll incorporate that info. Also there is "Department Lending Reports To Regional Presidents / Branch Presidents FLSA Status Exempt". That's metadata; we can drop or fold into short
. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can include a short
for department, reports to, FLSA status. But maybe we drop it as minor metadata. Safer to include a short paragraph at top:
Department: Lending. Reports to: Regional Presidents / Branch Presidents. FLSA Status: Exempt.
Now we need to ensure we don't repeat boilerplate like "Nothing in this job description restricts SSB&T’s ability to modify..." etc. That's boilerplate; we should remove. Also "Acknowledgment This job description describes the principal functions..." is boilerplate; remove. Also "Employment remains subject to applicable SSB&T policies and procedures." boilerplate. Also "Security State Bank & Trust is an Equal Opportunity Employer." EEO boilerplate; remove. Also duplicate sections like "Community Involvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration" appears twice? Actually appears once but later there is a repeat of Compliance etc. We'll deduplicate. Now craft HTML. Structure:About the role
... (including description and location/travel)

Schedule section:Employment Full-time; flexible hours may be required to meet customer and business needs.
Now also include the metadata paragraph at top. Let's craft final HTML. Check for any leftover boilerplate: we removed "Nothing in this job description restricts..." etc. We also removed duplicate "Community Involvement & Cross-Functional Collaboration" content (which was
without heading? The instruction: Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. It didn't forbid extra paragraphs without heading, but earlier: "Use
