Responsibilities

• Originate loans from start to finish, including learning applications, systems, collecting documentation, and maintaining consistent communication with all parties involved.
• Verify, compile, and input application information for mortgage loans.
• Discuss and advise clients on their home loan options.
• Review residential loan application files to ensure data completeness and compliance with establishment standards, including loan type, amount, borrower assets, liabilities, and length of employment.
• Inform supervisor of discrepancies in title or survey.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Current, valid NMLS license or appointment and appropriate state licensing in good standing.
• Applicable state licensing is required.
• Two to five years of experience are preferred.
