Loan Officer

About the role

Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage. Uncapped commissions. Loan products for all borrower types. Add additional loan officers to your team or act as an individual loan officer. Licensed in 28 states and growing. Administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own mortgage lending business on a P&L basis
• Develop and maintain referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintain a database of past clients for marketing purposes
• Close at least 3‑5 loan units per month
• Optionally add additional loan officers to your team or operate as an individual LO

Requirements

• Active NMLS/MLO license (required)
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information
• Sales‑oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets
• Detail‑oriented and organized
• Proficient in relevant software and tools

Qualifications / Skills

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes
• History of closing at least 3‑5 units per month
