About the role

Run your business remotely on a P&L basis under the umbrella of Caliver Beach Mortgage! Loan products for all borrower types! Add additional LO's to your team OR act as an individual LO!

Responsibilities

• Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPA's, Financial Planners, etc.
• Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
• History of closing at least 3-5 units per month.

Requirements

• An active NMLS/MLO license (required).
• Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information.
• Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools.
